Refund Policy

At Bar Crawl Tours, we strive to provide an unforgettable bar crawl experience for all our guests. However, due to the nature of booking venues and transportation in advance, we have a strict refund policy in place.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your bar crawl booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the event cannot be refunded.

We understand that plans can change, but we incur costs for securing your spot on the crawl that cannot be recovered after a certain point. This policy allows us to properly commit resources to ensure an amazing night out for all attending guests.

No “Fun” Guarantees

While we put tremendous effort into curating an incredible evening, we cannot guarantee a specific “fun” level for each individual. Factors like group dynamics, personal preferences, and even mood can impact how much someone enjoys the experience.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds simply because a guest did not have as much fun as they hoped. Our guides will do their utmost to keep the energy high and the good times rolling, but it’s up to each participant to also meet us halfway in embracing the party vibe.

We believe in personal accountability and do not provide refunds based on subjective “fun” evaluations after the fact. If you arrive with an open mind and positive attitude, you’ll be primed for an epic night you won’t forget!
